Ginza Toriya Premium offers yakitori made from female Hinai Jidori free-range chickens raised on the Akita Plateau and delivered directly from a contracted farm. The experienced chefs prepare chicken skewers every day, sprinkle them with rock salt from Sicily and carefully grill them over the finest Kishu Binchotan charcoal. In addition to chicken, they offer carefully selected items, such as pesticide-free vegetables grown with organic fertilizer by contracted farmers, as well as wine pairings.
